Business coaching for founders & agency owners

Charge what you're worth.Grow past your ceiling.

We help founders and agency owners double, triple or quadruple sales without working more hours by fixing the one constraint holding the whole business down.

For the founder who is done being the ceiling of their business. Only 3 private engagements per quarter.

If you're honest about it

You're not short on effort. You've hit a ceiling effort can't move.

The obstacle

Your income is capped by your calendar.

Every deal, decision and delivery still runs through you, so growth just means more hours.

How it feels

You quote a number and hear yourself shrink it.

You look successful from the outside and exhausted from the inside.

Why it's wrong

You built this to own your life, not to be the highest-paid employee in it.

Nobody should have to trade their years for a ceiling.

What changes for you

Charge what you're worth

Ask for two to three times your current rate and hear yes same skills, same delivery.

Break the income ceiling

The month that used to be your record becomes the number you plan around.

Stop being the bottleneck

A team that owns outcomes, so the business moves when you're not in the room.

Decide with conviction

Walk away from wrong-fit work without flinching, because you know where you're going.

We know what it's like

We know what it's like to look successful on paper and feel trapped by the thing you built and to quietly wonder whether the next level is even for you.

It is. You just need someone who can see the pattern you can't.

Who you'd be working with

Charlene Ormo

What I kept seeing was people who were excellent at the work and quietly terrified to charge for it and every fix aimed at the pricing, never at the person setting it.

Across a hundred-odd founders, the same thing kept surfacing. The pricing problem was never really a pricing problem.

Someone would build a perfectly good rate card and still quote the old number, because the person doing the quoting hadn't changed.

So identity and strategy get rebuilt in the same conversation not because it's a nicer way to work, but because fixing one without the other doesn't hold.

Over a hundred founders, 3X'd their rates, the same skills and the same delivery.

I'm not a guru and this isn't a program you graduate from. It's a private conversation about the one thing keeping your revenue where it is.

I doubled, then tripled my rates.

I was stuck. Though from the outside, it probably looked like I was doing everything right. I was working hard, but it felt like a hamster wheel the same problem kept showing up while we were scaling.

Deep down, I knew I had more value to give but I lacked confidence, and it reflected in my business and my pricing. I kept undercharging and was terrified of losing clients if I asked for more, so I stayed playing small.

What sets her apart is the way she sees things outside the box. She's not a typical mentor who only focuses on the logical side of strategy. She has the ability to see what the real problem is most of the time it's in you as the person running the business. She sees the blind spots you don't even realize you have: the patterns you keep repeating, the decisions, the way you show up.

I also doubled, then tripled my rates. I hit the highest income I've ever earned in my entire career with the same skills and the same process that we have. But more than the numbers, what really changed was me as a person. I gained more confidence and I started owning the value we are providing.

I started thinking like a CEO.

I was very focused on execution. I knew how to deliver, I knew how to get results for clients, but I wasn't really building my business as a CEO. I felt like I was doing everything right, but not fully getting the level of growth I knew was possible.

The breakthrough was understanding that I don't need to do more work to earn more. I just needed to communicate my value better and position myself differently. Simple, but when I started applying it, it was a game changer.

It wasn't one big spike, but a steady increase in my MRR. What surprised me is that it came from small shifts pricing, positioning, how I talk to clients. The biggest factor was the mindset Charlene is teaching, not overworking or adding more hours.

I can now walk away from deals the old version of me would have said yes to without thinking twice. That, for me, was the biggest shift. It shifted from 'is this okay?' to 'this is the direction we're taking.'

I started charging 3x my rate. Same work.

I was lost. Again. Projects ended, I had no idea what to do next, and I realized I had gotten too comfortable and complacent. I tried building an agency before, multiple times actually, but I always found myself going back to doing everything alone. Same cycle, different year.

Somewhere in that session it just hit me: the goals I kept setting needed a version of me that I hadn't become yet. That's why I kept going back to square one. I wasn't ready for the level I was trying to reach. Nobody had ever told me that so directly before.

Then I started working on myself. I decided to be firm and believed in my own value. And surprisingly, I started charging 3x my rate. Same work. Same deliverables. I just stopped underselling myself.

If you're stuck in the same loop, trying to scale but not knowing how, she will tell you exactly what you need to hear. Not what's comfortable. But what's true. That's what she did for me. And it worked.

6- and 7-digit milestones aren't just possible they're inevitable.

I had hit the ceiling. Burnout was setting in, and no matter how hard I worked, I couldn't break through my income plateau.

I searched for a mentor who actually 'walked the talk,' but every reliable source seemed locked behind a massive paywall. Then I reconnected with Charlene.

The biggest shift wasn't just technical; it was the confidence to walk away from the wrong clients and the courage to charge what I'm actually worth. Charlene taught me how to 'eat the elephant' by reverse-engineering my goals. I went from settling for less to realizing that with the right guide, 6- and 7-digit milestones aren't just possible; they're inevitable.

She is a true giver who evolves constantly. If you aren't following her lead, you're missing the path you didn't even know existed.

I found the courage to charge double.

I was stuck in limbo, debating whether to stay comfortable with my current cash flow and simply listen, or finally step up, charge higher rates, and rebuild my pipeline with the right clients. I'm so glad I chose the latter.

After the session, I didn't just regain confidence in closing deals. I found the courage to charge double what I was earning in my previous role.

I implemented what I learned immediately. Almost as if the universe answered a quiet prayer, a client unexpectedly booked a 'confidential' call with me the very next day. What was supposed to be a simple update turned into a full strategic session, helping her sell her high-ticket program to global executives.

What surprised me most was how calm and grounded I felt throughout the call. When she said, just before we ended, 'Bill me for this,' I didn't hesitate. I sent the invoice with confidence.

From $1,000 funnels to a $9,500 deal.

I have been building funnels for seven years. My husband and I ran an agency with around 12 team members, then chose to go lean and focus on fewer, better clients. I found Charlene on Facebook, had heard her speak before, and joined the masterclass because I was looking for a way to close bigger deals and support my family.

The biggest realization was that money is just paper, just numbers on a screen. As the salesperson of the agency I used to overthink numbers and price from scarcity. Once I stopped attaching my worth to the number, I could focus on finding the right client instead of just any client, and on presenting value in numbers rather than defending a rate.

During the four hour masterclass, scarcity turned into abundance. I felt like I could do anything. Then I applied the notes to my agency and my pipeline, and I closed a $9,500 deal, the highest I have ever closed. Before that, I was closing around $1,000 to $1,250 per funnel.

More than the money, it gave me confidence and trust in my ability to deliver. Everything is figure outable. Going from closing $1,000 to closing $9,500 changes something in your brain that you cannot go back from.

My honest message to anyone considering it: after seven years of freelancing there were times I wanted to give up. Take the knowledge, actually implement it, and be grateful for what it opens up.

I crossed 1 million in a single month while traveling — fewer clients, more revenue.

Hey, I'm Marie, founder of an email and SMS marketing agency. Before working with Charlene, I was earning well on paper but completely falling apart on the inside — overworked, over-responsible, and honestly just going crazy trying to hold everything together myself.

My biggest fear was that my business would fall apart the moment I stopped doing everything myself. I couldn't delegate, I couldn't let go, and I didn't even realise what it was costing me: my revenue growth, my relationship with my team, my visibility. I was the bottleneck in my own business and I kept justifying it as just being responsible. At one point I told Charlene that even if I got nothing financially out of the program, I'd be okay — I just wanted to feel okay on the inside. That's how bad it was.

The breakthrough that surprised me most: I have fewer clients now, but more revenue. And funnier still, I've had more naps than in the past three years of freelancing. I came in thinking I needed a business fix, but what I actually got was a mirror — the moment I saw that my hyper-responsible founder pattern started as the eldest daughter trying to keep everything together. I didn't expect coaching to go that deep.

My biggest revenue breakthrough: I crossed 1 million in a single month while traveling. Not at my desk, not checking everything myself. That number used to feel impossible, especially as a Filipina in the Philippines, and the fact that it happened while I was away from my laptop said everything about what had actually changed in the business.

What changed in how I decide: I stopped treating my agency like it was my identity and started treating it like a bridge. I'm not going to marry my agency, I'm just experiencing it. That one reframe changed everything. Now I decide from what the business needs, not what I can personally carry. I still feel anxiety sometimes, but I understand where it comes from and I don't let it make decisions for me anymore.

If a friend asked whether it was worth the investment, I'd say it's worth it if you're actually ready to look at yourself. This isn't a course of tactics — Charlene will always find the things you've been avoiding and she won't let you run from them. If you want to stay comfortable, don't do it. If you're serious about becoming someone who can hold that level, absolutely worth it.

If I hadn't made the decision, I'd still be checking every email and SMS before it reached a client, still saying yes to people who drain me, still scared to be visible because I didn't trust my team. I'd probably still be earning the same and wondering why I felt so stuck despite working so hard. I wouldn't have crossed 1 million while traveling, I wouldn't be napping without guilt, and I definitely wouldn't have booked a last-minute trip for my birthday just because I finally gave myself permission to rest. So thank you, Charlene.

Your plan

Three steps out of the ceiling.

  1. Book your private diagnostic

One focused session where we name the real constraint instead of guessing at symptoms.

  2. Rebuild the pattern and the offer

We rewire how you decide, then reset pricing, positioning and offers around the new standard.

  3. Install what holds the growth

Systems, leadership and operations, so the next level doesn't land back on your calendar.

Book a Private Diagnostic

A letter from Charlene

Dear founder,

You started this business to own your work and your time. You're good at what you do good enough that referrals keep coming and the calendar keeps filling.

But somewhere along the way, growth stopped feeling like freedom. Revenue climbs, and so do the hours.

Every proposal, every hire, every hard decision still routes through you.

Most founders respond by buying another strategy. A new funnel, a new offer, another course.

It rarely works, because the constraint isn't the strategy it's the pattern running it.

If you price from fear, a better pricing framework just gives you a nicer way to undercharge. If you can't let go, a bigger team gives you more people waiting on you.

That's where Anima Libera comes in. We read identity, strategy and infrastructure as one system, find where they contradict each other, and fix that first.

Then pricing, positioning and operations get rebuilt on top of a version of you who can actually hold them.

Clients describe the same shift in different words: rates doubled or tripled, plateaus broken, decisions made from conviction instead of fear.

If that sounds like the next version of your business, start with a private diagnostic session. You'll leave knowing exactly what's holding your revenue down.

P.S. If you only read one thing before we speak, read the method. It explains why the ceiling is rarely where you think it is.

If nothing changes

  • Another year at the same ceiling with better tactics.
  • Rates you resent, clients you shouldn't have taken.
  • A business that only grows when you skip your evenings.

A year from now, instead

  • Rates doubled or tripled, asked for without apology.
  • Your old peak month becomes your baseline.
  • A company that runs on decisions, not on your presence.

From the highest-paid operator in your own company to the owner who leads it.

Straight answers

Questions founders ask first

Is this mindset coaching or business strategy?
Both, in one conversation. Pricing, positioning and systems get rebuilt at the same time as the pattern that keeps you undercharging and overworking. Strategy alone is why you're still stuck.
I've already hired coaches. Why would this be different?
Most programs hand you a playbook. We find the constraint first the one thing in your identity, strategy or infrastructure that every plan keeps breaking against then fix that.
Who is this for?
$10k/month and up. Founders, agency owners and service business owners who are already good at the work and have hit a ceiling that more hours won't move. Engagements run 3-6 months, private, and I take 3 per quarter.
How long before I see something change?
Clients commonly walk out of the first sessions raising rates and turning down misaligned work. Structural results steadier months, a team that owns outcomes build over the engagement.
What happens on the diagnostic session?
It's private and specific. You bring the numbers and the friction; you leave with the real constraint named and the first move to make. No pitch deck.
Do you guarantee results?
No one honest can. What you get is a clear diagnosis, direct feedback, and a plan you actually execute. Results in the testimonials are real clients, not projections.

Stop being the bottleneck. Start being the owner.

One private session to name the constraint holding your revenue down and the first move to break it.
