The founder
Charlene Ormo
Charlene founded Anima Libera to do the work most business coaching skips: the founder. She coaches founders and agency owners through the ceilings that strategy alone never breaks pricing that undersells, delivery that depends on them, and marketing that produces lift instead of step change.
Her clients come to multiply sales, break past income plateaus and lead teams that hold the standard without them. The method is the same every time: name the constraint, free the pattern, rebuild the business around it.
