Terms, privacy and disclaimer.

The agreements that govern this website and the coaching services of Anima Libera Co LLC. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Section one

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Anima Libera Co LLC, a limited liability company organised in the United States ("Anima Libera", "we", "us"), founded and led by Charlene Ormo. They cover your use of animalibera.co (the "Site") and any coaching, advisory, workshop or digital programme we provide (the "Services"). By using the Site or booking with us, you accept these Terms.

1. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you book on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. The Services

Anima Libera provides mindset-led business coaching and strategic advisory for founders and agency owners. Engagements may include 1:1 coaching, group programmes, workshops, masterclasses and advisory sessions. The scope, duration, session count and fee for each engagement are set out in the proposal, invoice or programme description you accept before we begin ("Engagement Agreement"). If anything in an Engagement Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Agreement governs that engagement.

Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make, the actions you take and the results you achieve in your business.

3. Booking, sessions and rescheduling

Consultations and sessions are booked through our scheduling link. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are treated as delivered and may be forfeited. We may reschedule a session where necessary and will offer you the earliest reasonable alternative.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in your Engagement Agreement and are due on the dates stated there. Where a payment plan is agreed, all instalments remain payable for the full engagement even if you stop attending sessions. Unless local law requires otherwise, fees are exclusive of any taxes, bank fees or currency conversion charges, which are your responsibility. We may pause delivery of the Services while an invoice is overdue.

5. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable once a programme, engagement or session block has begun. Because your place reserves capacity we cannot offer to another client, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, missed sessions or unused sessions. Where circumstances genuinely prevent you from continuing, contact us and we may, at our sole discretion, offer to pause the engagement or credit remaining sessions for later use. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.

6. Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where you give permission or where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to prevent serious harm. We ask that you treat materials, frameworks and other participants' contributions in group settings with the same confidence.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its copy and design, and all frameworks, worksheets, recordings, slides and other materials we provide remain the intellectual property of Anima Libera Co LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, republish, teach, licence or otherwise distribute our materials, or use them to build a competing coaching or training offer, without our written permission.

8. Testimonials and client stories

Client testimonials published on this Site are shared with the permission of the people who gave them and reflect their individual experience. We may quote written feedback and reviews you provide publicly on the Site; tell us in writing if you would prefer your name, business or story to be anonymised or removed and we will action it.

9. Your conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with Charlene Ormo, our team and other participants, to provide accurate information, and not to record sessions without consent. We may end an engagement without refund where conduct is abusive, unlawful or materially disruptive to others.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. Where we end an engagement for reasons other than your breach, we will refund fees for any wholly undelivered portion that has been paid in advance. Sections on intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers and liability continue to apply after an engagement ends.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anima Libera Co LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from the Site or the Services. Our total aggregate liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your business decisions, your use of our materials in breach of these Terms, or your unlawful conduct.

12. Third-party tools

We rely on third-party providers for scheduling, video calls, payments, email and analytics. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Anima Libera Co LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time you book applies to your engagement, and the "last updated" date above shows when the current version took effect.
