Business coach for agency owners
Agency owners rarely stall because they are bad at the work. They stall because the business is priced, structured and staffed around a founder who does too much of it.
The short answer
A business coach for agency owners should do three things: price the work properly, take the founder out of the load-bearing seat, and change the internal pattern that put them there. Most coaching does one of the three.
Anima Libera is 1:1 coaching for founders and agency owners earning well and stuck at a ceiling more hours will not move. We diagnose across pricing, patterns and operations, then fix the one that is actually holding the business down.
The three ceilings agency owners hit
Priced too low for the promise. The offer delivers a business outcome but is billed like a deliverable. Every new client adds delivery load without adding margin, so hiring never quite pays for itself.
Founder-dependent delivery. Quality lives in your head. Team members can execute but cannot decide, so every account routes back through you and growth is capped by your calendar.
A self-worth ceiling. You discount before you are asked, over-service to justify the fee, and avoid the conversations that would reset the relationship. No system fixes this. It is the part most coaches skip.
What to screen for when hiring a coach
Ask which of the three they will diagnose first, and how they decide. If the answer is always "more leads and a better offer," you are buying the tactics camp. If it is always "your money blocks," you are buying the mindset camp with no business rigour behind it.
Ask what they will refuse to work on. A coach who will change all three areas at once is usually about to make your quarter worse. One load-bearing change at a time is the point.
Ask what happens when you disagree. Premium 1:1 work should be able to hold a hard conversation without softening it into a framework.
How the work runs
Private diagnostic first, then a staged 1:1 engagement covering diagnosis, identity, then pricing and operations. See the engagement structure or the services without the sales theatre.
Delivered remotely to English-speaking founders worldwide. Premium engagement, mid four to five figures. The reading on this page is meant to qualify you out if it is not a fit.
Common questions
- What makes coaching for agency owners different?
- An agency owner sells delivery capacity, so growth compounds the founder's workload instead of reducing it. Coaching has to work on pricing and delivery structure at the same time as the founder's own patterns, otherwise more revenue simply means more hours.
- Do you help with lead generation and hiring?
- Where they are the constraint, yes. But most agency owners stuck at a ceiling do not have a lead problem. They have a pricing, positioning or over-involvement problem that more leads would make worse.
- Is this 1:1 or a group programme?
- 1:1 and remote, delivered globally in English. There is no cohort, no curriculum and no community tier.
- How do we start?
- With a private diagnostic session. We read your pricing, your delivery model and your own patterns, then name the single constraint that is actually holding revenue where it is.

What changes when the pricing and the pattern move together.
From $1,000 funnels to a $9,500 deal.
I have been building funnels for seven years. My husband and I ran an agency with around 12 team members, then chose to go lean and focus on fewer, better clients. I found Charlene on Facebook, had heard her speak before, and joined the masterclass because I was looking for a way to close bigger deals and support my family.
